Rotary holds night of culture: RC Ondo-Adeyemi College, others bag awards
In what was described as an historic and amazing event, the District 9125 of the Rotary International comprising Abuja Ondo, Ekiti, Oyo, Osun, Edo, Kwara, Kogi, Niger, Edo and few other states, hosted a programme tagged "night of culture and awards celebration" to mark the end of the Rotary year 2021/2022. At the event, held at Kakanfo Conference centre Ibadan, the district Governor, Rot. Ayo Oyedokun, welcomed all attendees and congratulated all Rotarians in the district for making the year remarkable. Awards were given to well deserved clubs, presidents and individuals. The rotary club of Ondo-Adeyemi College received award for membership doubling within the rotary year, an award which was received by the outgoing President, Rotarian Elizabeth Okoroafor - Enwerem, popularly known as Rotarian Lizzy.
