The University of Ilesa Osun State, in collaboration with Better Tomorrow Training Consult (BTTC), organized a two-day workshop from 6th to 7th February 2024. It was emphasized that a collaborative approach involving university administrators, housing staff, security personnel, and students themselves is essential for creating a safe and supportive living environment within hostels. Additionally, the importance of regular maintenance, safety drills, and fostering a sense of community within the hostels was underscored as crucial elements in hostel management.
