Adeyemi College of Technology Ondo, shines with NBTE approval
"The approved programs are designed to equip students with industry-relevant skills in multimedia technology and computer science", said Dr. Kehinde Adenegan, the College Rector while giving a goodwill message at the Adeyemi Federal University of Education chapter's inauguration of the caretaker executives of the National Association of Academic Technologists. He noted that this development is expected to enhance the institution's reputation and attract more students seeking quality technology education.
As a monotechnic institution, ACT is licensed to run technology courses only, setting it apart from other IEIs and polytechnics that offer multidimensional programs. This specialization allows ACT to focus on providing cutting-edge technology education, making it an attractive choice for students seeking a career in tech. ACT already had a signed MOU with the Federal Polytechnic Ile-Oluji to admit its interested students for HND and AFUED Ondo, as well as reaching out to OSUSTECH Okitipupa to admit their students for their degrees Direct entry while the College is striving harder to be accredited for HND programmes.
The occasion was also an opportunity for the AI and Tech guru to market the College to the world citing that technology has come to take the work space and that everyone should leverage on the technological advances. He assured prospective students seeking admission into the College not to doubt the College certificate nor query if accredited but to see their desires fulfilled in practical-oriented courses that can put food on their tables for life. He encouraged those interested in securing admissions into all the college advertised programs never to hesitate nor allow any discouragement to debar them from their chosen careers in tech.
Present at the occasion were the AFUED Vice Chancellor, Prof. Isaiah Popoola who declared the ceremony opened and set the tone for the inauguration by charging all unions to be united, Comrade Akinyemi, NAAT south west Zonal coordinator, and Dr. Bello who delivered the inauguration lecture. Other prominent personalities present were Comrade Dr. Agun, Comrade Anifowose who was celebrated by the VC for his selfless contribution to the union's growth, Comrade Dr. Roland Irughe who represented Dr. Tubosun Ajisafe (ASU), Comrade Jumoke Obadofin (NASU), Comrade Dr. Taiwo Akinola (SANU), and Comrade Akingunsoye.

Congrats. Good luck to the college
