Nurturing Excellence: Dr. Falaye's Initiative Empowers Owo Students

The Falaye Science and Mathematics Olympiad (FSMO) recently held its award ceremony and prize giving day, recognizing outstanding students in Owo Local Government. Veteran educationist, Chief Bisi Ogunleye declared the event open, praising Dr. Foluso Falaye's passion for education. 


Dr. Falaye emphasized the program's objective to prepare students for global competitiveness, stating, "We want to put Owo on the global map." Dr. Foluso Falaye reiterated his commitment to the growth of the students, aiming to "Put Owo On the Global Map" through the FSMO project.

In his words, the anchor of the program, a first class degree holder  in Mathematics and IT guru, Dr. Kehinde Adenegan, extolled the virtues of the sponsor, Dr. Foluso Bamidele Falaye for his magnanimity and taking bold step to invest in the future of Owo youths-students with the FSMO. He passionately urged all well meaning Owo philanthropists and politicians to deliberately come and "waste" their resources into similar ventures or team up with Dr. Falaye to promote education in Owo kingdom.

Winners and all the top 10 received huge cash prizes, trophies, and medals, with Salami Oluwadamilola from Dominion Academy taking the top spot, followed by Babade Rejoice from Leadership Academy and Oshomah Paul from Ebenezer School. Dr. Falaye reiterated his commitment to the students' growth, aiming to inspire future generations. ,


Meanwhile Mrs. Olabisi Ladele, nee Falaye, encouraged all the students to dream higher than this level and see what the future holds for them. She cited her experience in the education industry and advised the parents of the students to give further training to enhance their future excellence.


Other notable attendees included Hon. Abebi Adeniseun-Ondo State OSOPADEC Commissioner, Mr. Sanni Ajimuda Ondo North senatorial district Tutor General, Prof. Taiwo Adenegan, High Ch. Joshua Aladenusi, Prince SF Dada, Mr. Tunde George OHSO Principal, Hon. Samuel Aladetuyi OHSOSA National PRO, Hon. Bola Olowo, Hon. Ch. Solomon Adenegan, Pastor Oluwole Okunrinkoya, among others. The event highlighted the impact of Dr. Falaye's initiative on the community, with guests commending his dedication to education.
