Otunba Damilola Oladimeji Becomes Aare Asojuoba of Akola Ijesa Kingdom

In a grand ceremony, Chief Barr. Dr. Otunba Damilola Oladimeji was coronated as the Aare Asojuoba of Akola Ijesa Kingdom, while his wife, Lady Bukola Oladimeji, was also honored as the Yeye Aare Asojuoba. The chieftaincy rites took place on December 28th, 2024, at the palace of the Alakola of Akola Ijesa land, Oba (Dr.) Festus Adekunle Adeyemi III.

The coronation ceremony was attended by dignitaries, traditional leaders, and well-wishers from across the country. Otunba Damilola Oladimeji, a prominent member of the Cathedral Church of St. Stephens Oke Aluko Ondo, was recognized for his outstanding contributions to the community and his exemplary leadership qualities.
